The epoxy emulsifier WL92 is a water-based epoxy emulsifier, which has a multi branched active molecular structure, as well as hydrophilic and hydrophobic groups.

Functions:

1. It has excellent emulsification performance for liquid epoxy resin.
2. The lotion is stable, and the emulsification process is stable.
3. It can participate in the epoxy curing reaction, improve the water resistance of the paint film, improve the adhesion, and internally toughen the epoxy cross-linking system.

1. Excellent emulsification performance, fine particle size high gloss epoxy lotion can be prepared without adding co-solvent;

Usage and Precautions

 

This product is a conventional water-based general chemical, which is non-flammable, non-explosive, non-toxic, and can be transported as non-hazardous goods. It should be stored in a cool, well ventilated warehouse with storage conditions of 10-35 ºC. If the temperature is low and the viscosity of the product increases, please dissolve it before use, which will not affect its use.

 

Packaging and Storage

 

Plastic barrel packaging, 25kg/barrel, storage period is 12 months from the date of production. If the shelf life is exceeded, it must be tested and inspected before use;

Store in a ventilated and dry place, pay attention to moisture-proof treatment, avoid direct sunlight, use in time after opening, and seal in time if not used up to prevent moisture absorption and deterioration
