CP1903 Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer Powder is a powder polycarboxylate superplasticizer/water reducer prepared by polymerization of many kinds of organic polymer compounds and special spray drying process, it is a new generation of environmentally friendly Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer product with high water reduction rate and high plasticity. It is a new generation of environmentally friendly Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer with high water reduction and high plasticity. It has good adaptability and dispersibility with all kinds of cement-based cementitious materials, which gives the material system excellent workability, and at the same time makes the strength grow rapidly and stably. It is especially suitable for cementitious materials and products with high flow requirements, giving excellent performance to meet various application requirements.

Product characteristics

Usage and Precautions

1. When using, need to be mixed with other dry powder components together, when using according to the construction of different areas of mixing requirements for mixing and construction;
2. The recommended dosage is 0.1-0.3% of the total cementitious materials by weight, and the specific dosage is determined by trial mixing according to the application system and the change of dry mix components;
3. At the recommended dosage, the system provides good dispersion and fluidity. Control the dosage accurately and determine the optimum dosage by trial mixing.

1. Packed in paper-plastic composite bag, 25kg/bag, the storage period is 12 months from the date of production, if it exceeds the shelf life, it must be verified by test and inspection before use;
