Usage and Precautions

 

 1. Preparation stage: First, according to the production plan and the determined dosage ratio, accurately weigh the required amount of SH-C1 suspension agent. At the same time, prepare clean water sources for dissolving the suspension agent and other components of the accelerator.

2. Adding the suspension agent: During the production process of the accelerator, slowly and evenly add the weighed SH-C1 suspension agent to the base solution of the accelerator. In order to avoid local excessive concentration or agglomeration, it is recommended to adopt a dispersed addition method and stir while adding.

3. Full dispersion: After adding the suspension agent, use appropriate stirring equipment to fully stir and disperse the solution. The stirring time should be long enough to ensure that the suspension agent can be completely dissolved and evenly dispersed in the solution to form a stable suspension system. Generally, the stirring speed and time should be adjusted according to the solubility of the suspension agent and the viscosity of the solution.
