Adopting the laminar spraying method, the recommended usage amount is 2-4kg/m².
 

Usage and Precautions

 

The recommended use temperature of the material is 25°C to 35 °C (robot temperature). Flat stream nozzle is used for spraying. Application parameters depend on the type of equipment (pump, pipe length, nozzle), temperature, etc. Application equipment (pipes, pumps, etc.) must be made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, such as no.1.4571 or 1.4404 material. Corrosive materials (such as aluminum, copper and copper alloys, easily oxidized steels) must be avoided and we strongly recommend testing all gasket materials before use.
 

Packaging and Storage

 

1. 25kg/barrel, the storage period is 3 months from the date of production, if it exceeds the shelf life, it must be verified by test and inspection before use;
2. Place in a ventilated and dry place for storage, pay attention to moisture-proof treatment, avoid direct sunlight, use it in time after opening, and seal it in time if it is not used up to prevent moisture absorption and deterioration.
