Hardening Accelerator Based  Calcium-Silicate-Hydrate (C-S-H) S7044

S7044 is a powdered nanocrystalline early-strengthening agent based on hydrated calcium silicate, designed to promote early cement hydration (within 24 hours). It is widely used in high alumina and sulphur-alumina systems to promote early setting and strengthening. S7044 promotes cement hardening at low or hot temperatures, especially at low temperatures. It is highly adaptable, and can promote the setting of PSC, Sulphur-Alumina and High-Alumina cements, and improve the early strength.

Usage and Precautions

 1. When using, need to be mixed with other dry powder components together, when using according to the construction of different areas of mixing requirements for mixing and construction;

2. The recommended dosage is 0.1% ~ 1.0% of the mass of adhesive material, and the specific dosage is determined by trial mixing according to the application system and the change of dry mix components;

3. In low dosage when the system has good dispersion and fluidity; when the dosage is greater than 0.3%, the fluidity has a very obvious growth, pay attention to control the accuracy of the dosage.
