LH914
Concrete Interface Agent

Liquid LH914 is a low formaldehyde, low odor vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion. The emulsion has good dispersibility to cement and filler, and has good waterproof performance. It is mainly used in JS1 and JS2 waterproof coatings, and has good mechanical properties.

LH914 Good compatibility with cement and fillers:

1. Mixed with cement, it can improve the flexural resistance of concrete.
2. LH914 has good compatibility with cement and filler and has less effect on cement hydration.
3. It has good tensile strength and elongation in waterproof coatings and excellent adhesive strength.
4. LH914 has good compatibility with common pigmented fillers and is easy to process.
5. LH914 has a minimum film-forming temperature of 0°C, so there is no need for film-forming additives or small amounts of film-forming additives in the formulation.

Recommended dosage:

1. It can be sprayed on the surface of the base layer to be treated or the heat preservation board by roller painting or mechanical spraying.
2. Cement: sand: interface agent = 1:2:0.5 ratio of mixing and stirring, directly coated on the surface of the grass-roots level to be treated.

Scope of application

1. Concrete, aerated concrete.
2. Mini-Block, Lightweight Partition Walls, Brickwork Walls.
3. Putty batching, tile bonding, masonry back coating.
4. Pre-treatment of grass-roots interface for insulation panels, etc.

Usage and Precautions

1. The construction environment must be dry, the relative humidity should be less than 70%, and well ventilated. The temperature of the base surface and the environment should not be lower than +5ºC.
2. Base surface preparation: the base surface should be clean, not loose, no dust, grease, moss, carpet glue should be removed, loose and cracked parts should be chiseled and repaired in advance.
3. Stirring: The proportion should be stirred by electric equipment, and stirred into uniform thin paste.
4. Painting and drying: Use a roller or brush to paint the slurry onto the base surface, not to miss the brush, and then let the painted surface dry (about 12 hours).
5. Maintenance and finished product protection: must strengthen the ventilation, natural maintenance can be, until the slurry solid dry (the surface becomes gray-black) and confirm that the base surface is completely closed, before the subsequent processes.
6. Cleaning of tools The solidified paste is difficult to remove. Tools should be cleaned with water as soon as possible after use.

packaging and storage

1. 50KG plastic packing drum or BIC ton dru, the storage period is 12 months from the date of production, if it exceeds the shelf life, it must be verified by test and inspection before use;
2. Place in a ventilated and dry place for storage, pay attention to moisture-proof treatment, avoid direct sunlight, use it in time after opening, and seal it in time if it is not used up to prevent moisture absorption and deterioration.
3. Prolonged storage will have delamination, mold phenomenon, before use can be stirred evenly, does not affect the use of the effect.
4. Paint evenly, there should be no leakage.
5. The operation environment temperature should be above 5ºC.
