DF580 is an emulsion defoamer with fast defoaming speed and long-term high efficiency. It is universal, does not contain APE, does not contain silicon, does not affect the gloss of the paint, and is an economical defoamer for latex paint.

Scope of application

 

1.Water-based matte paint: 0.3-0.5%.
2. Silky and low-gloss paint: 0.2-0.5%.
3. High gloss and varnish: 0.1-0.5%.
4. Adhesive: 0.1-0.2%.

 

Usage and Precautions

 

DF580 can be added directly to the system without pre-dilution, but must be stirred evenly before use. It is recommended to add in batches, adding 1/3 to 2/3 before the pigment dispersion stage, and the rest during the paint mixing stage. After adding, the paint should be fully stirred to ensure that the defoamer is fully dispersed.
 

Packaging and Storage

 

This product should be stored in a cool (5-35ºC), dry, ventilated place away from open flames and direct sunlight. Keep the container tightly closed.
